Privacy notice

1. Who we are

The personal data you give us is handled by Green Solar Solutions Ltd, London. For any question about your data, write to craita.claudiu.ionut94@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

The form on this site does not send data to us and does not store it: it opens your email app with the message filled in, and nothing is sent unless you send it yourself. When you email us, we see your email address, your name and anything you write or attach, such as photos.

3. Why we use it

To reply to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Who else receives it

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which technically processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver and protect the pages. Emails pass through your email provider and ours. We do not pass your data to anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

As long as needed to reply to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project. After that we delete it, except for documents we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

6. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for its use to be restricted, to receive a copy, or object to its use. Write to us and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
